Bedroom Count
Your bedroom count refers to the number of bedrooms in the apartment you are applying for.
Household Income
All income from any income source, including but not limited to, all wages, social security payments, retirement benefits, military and veteran disability payments, welfare and unemployment benefits, and any interest and dividends payments.
Maximum Household Gross Income
The US Department of Housing of Urban Development publishes annual income limits based on household size that are used to determine the maximum household income. The rent program that your household may be eligible for is based on the income limits noted above.
The application fee is $85 per applicant. The fee is non-refundable given the fact that it covers the cost of processing your application.
Yes, the admin fee is $250.
The deposit is $250 up to a full month’s rent. Deposit due within 72 hrs of approval.
Residents are responsible for Gas, Electric and Water/Sewer.
Yes, there are additional monthly fees as follows:
- Trash Fee - $40
- Amenity Fee - $7
- Garage/Storage Fee - $125
- Pest Control Fee - $7
- Renters Insurance - $25 per occurrence
